I have worked extensively in enterprise development, providing guidance and direction on enterprise development models adopted from international models which are adjusted to suit the local business climate. I have also contributed to strategy development, policies and programs amongst others being the Economic Diversification Drive and Textile and Clothing strategies; the National Export Strategy, the Poverty Environment Initiative strategy, the Industrial Development Policy, the Citizen Economic Empowerment Policy etc. I have initiated the Graduate Business Forum where by graduates are inducted on sector specific opportunities before they leave the campus.

Having worked for not only the Government but also the private sector as well as the United Nations Development Program, I believe this has given me a well rounded background as well as exposure in working with different types of people within the professional, local and international environment. Thus, I was called to work at the Hon. Minister of Trade and Industry's office as her Private Secretary.
