Boikanyo Kgosi, is a seasoned transformation expert and founding Executive Director of BoiKay Spectrum. She has over 20 years experience across the Exploration, Mining, Project Management, Strategic Human Resource Management and Strategy & Innovation Management Fields. She has served in various leadership capacities including at Debswana and Anglo American, as Senior HR Manager OE & Change, Transformation & Innovation Programme Manager, Principal Operating Model Implementation Support and Project Geologist – Technical Investigations.

Boi graduated with an Mphil Corporate Strategy from Univ. of Pretoria’s Gordon’s Institute of Business Science (GIBS), a BSc. Geosciences from Univ. of Tennessee. She holds various professional qualifications such as an MDP from UCT’s Graduate School of Business, PMI Project Management Profession and Certification in Organisational Design (CODP).

She is also a proud member of the Women in Mining Botswana Organisation (WiMBO)
