Boitumelo Felicity Ntsosa is the Founder & Managing Director of Destiny Creek Pty Ltd, a 100% citizen-owned company in Botswana operating across a number of sectors on FMCG, leadership development, and change management consulting.

She brings over 12 years of experience leading change initiatives in the mining industry, along with +15 years in accounting, offering a strong blend of operational and financial expertise.

Boitumelo is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with the European Global Institute of Innovation and Technology (Malta). She holds an MSc in Leadership and Change Management from Leeds Beckett University (UK), a Diploma in Management Accounting from Botswana Accountancy College, and is a certified change management practitioner.

She is also a proud member of the Women in Mining Botswana Organisation (WiMBO) and is passionate about strategic growth, innovation, and empowering women and youth in business and leadership.
