Mathogonolo "Matty" Mponang is a seasoned people and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, strategic leadership, organisational development, and change management. She currently serves as Chief People Officer at Debswana Executive Committee, where she drives talent strategy, culture, and enterprise-wide transformation.

Her career includes senior leadership roles within the De Beers Group, as well as Deputy Executive Director - Corporate Services at Botswana Accountancy College, overseeing HR, Finance, Marketing, and ICT. Ms.

Mponang holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and has served on several national boards, including Botswana Medical Aid Fund, Okavango Diamond Company, and CIPA.
