Mpho Moletlo Kgosietsile is the Managing Director of Wise Leadership (Pty) Ltd, a Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Consultancy which was established 14 years ago as a 100% citizen owned company offering Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Consultancy and Training services to a diverse clientele in Botswana, regionally and internationally. She is  a seasoned Company Secretary and Corporate Governance Practitioner with over 20 years of industry experience. Mpho is a renowned International Speaker.

She has facilitated several State Owned Enterprises and several Public Listed Companies on Governance Advisory and Training including Board Performance Evaluations, Board Inductions, Corporate Governance Training and Governance Gap Analysis. Through Wise Leadership, She is a Company Secretary to some Public Listed Companies.

Mpho founded the Responsible Citizen Magazine, a  digital Pan-African publication with a global perspective, that outlines and promotes sustainability through positive change and advocacy. The publication is a key tool that drives all stakeholders towards achieving Environmental, Social and Governance objectives. The Responsible Citizen Magazine supports the notion that our planet, the people that call it home and profits generated through enterprise are inextricably intertwined.

Mpho has experience in facilitating governance advisory  and training for Non Governmental Organisations, including working with international Organisations such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) to develop Sustainability Guidance Disclosures for the Botswana Stock Exchange which were launched in August 2024.
