Sethantsho is the Chief Executive Officer of Export Credit Insurance & Guarantees Botswana, where she leads the institution’s mandate to mitigate financial risks for exporters and local businesses through Trade Credit Insurance, Construction Bonds, and Guarantees, thereby promoting export trade and supporting domestic economic diversification. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Change Management from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK), and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Environmental Science from the University of Botswana.
